The renovation of the existing church was unique in that the church seating area was rotated 90 degrees and featured a new entry, chapel, and interior finishes. Mr. Miller designed custom liturgical furnishings, baldachino, altar and ambo.

Silenced after severe damage in the 1989 earthquake, the bells are ringing once again. They were sent to The Netherlands for a complete renovation incorporating 'state of the art' sound instrumentation. They now reside in a new setting that displays their beauty.

Careful attention to the historic background and integration of classic design details transformed this early twentieth century home into a 'grand dame' situated on a prominent corner lot in the historic Town of Los Gatos. This building has been included in the book Los Gatos Observed.

A new church, which reflects the Byzantine tradition was designed after a fire completely destroyed the original church in April 2002. Future plans include a parish hall, daycare facilities, classrooms and administrative offices.

The new master plan includes a new street entrance and plaza along with the re-design and addition of new interior elements. The new design creates links to form a cohesive campus.

The new 3,200 sq. ft. canopy accomodates outdoor lunches and creates a focal point for outdoor events and school gatherings. The manufactured trusses and beams accelerated construction and reduced construction costs.

 

The Church interior is being designed to increase the seating to 950 congregants. A new skylight, liturgical furniture and clerestory creates a central focal point for the Nave.

An additional 14,000 sq. ft. provide space for classrooms, daycare, science room, library, computer lab, administrative office and tutorial room. A new formal structure graces the entry while renovated parking lots increase efficiency and complement the landscaping.

For several years, members of two neighboring parishes worked to build a new unified community. Today, we are working with this community in planning their new place of worship ... for all to celebrate.
